Warranty Policy

Limited Warranty Overview

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from SOFUCOR FAN or authorized sellers.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by country, state, or province. Other rights that may arise under applicable consumer protection laws are not excluded, limited, or suspended except where permitted by law. For a full understanding of legal rights, customers should consult the laws applicable in their country, province, or state.

Other distributors, suppliers, or resellers may provide their own warranties. If products are not purchased directly from SOFUCOR FAN, customers should contact the original seller for warranty details.

Product specifications, voltage compatibility, included accessories, and available models may vary depending on country or market.

Warranty Coverage by Component

Motor – Limited Lifetime Warranty
The fan motor is covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original purchaser.

  • Covers defects in materials or workmanship
  • Applies only to the motor
  • Does not apply to any other components

If the motor fails due to a covered defect, we will provide a replacement fan at no charge.

All Other Components – One-Year Limited Warranty
All components other than the motor are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of purchase.
This includes:

  • Remote control transmitters
  • Receivers
  • Capacitors
  • Internal electronic components
  • Non-glass light kit components

LED Modules (Integrated Only) – Three-Year Limited Warranty
If your fan includes an integrated (non-replaceable) LED module:

  • Covered for three (3) years from the date of purchase

Light Bulbs & Glass Components – Not Covered
The following items are not covered under any warranty:

  • Replaceable light bulbs (including E26 bulbs)
  • Glass components (such as lampshades or glass covers)

These items are considered consumable or fragile parts.

Replacement Policy
If a replacement part or product is not available within 45 days, Sofucor reserves the right to provide a comparable or upgraded replacement at its sole discretion.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does NOT apply to:

  • Misuse, abuse, or accidental damage
  • Damage caused by natural events (lightning, storms, etc.)
  • Unauthorized repair, modification, or disassembly
  • Improper installation or failure to follow instructions
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
  • Products used for commercial or non-residential purposes
  • Lost, stolen, refunded, or free products
  • Damage caused by extreme environments (heat, cold, liquids)
  • Failure to provide valid proof of purchase

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Quick Summary
  • 60-Day Return Window (you have 60 days to return items)

Return Window & Shipping Responsibility

SOFUCOR FAN offers a 60-day return window from the date of delivery.
Within 30 days:

  • Returns are free.
  • A prepaid return shipping label will be provided.

31–60 days:

  • Returns are accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

After 60 days:

  • Returns are not accepted.

Return Label Validity
For returns within the first 30 days, a prepaid return label will be provided.

  • The label is valid for 7 days from the date of issue
  • The item must be shipped within this 7-day period

If the label is not used within 7 days:

  • The label becomes invalid
  • We will no longer cover return shipping costs

Return Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet all of the following:

  • Within the 60-day return window
  • Unused and uninstalled
  • In original condition and resellable
  • Returned with original packaging

Non-Eligible Returns
Returns may be refused if items are:

  • Used, installed, or modified
  • Damaged, scratched, dented, or unsanitary
  • Missing parts, accessories, or packaging

Packaging Requirement & Restocking Fee

To receive a full refund, items must be returned in their original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing or damaged:

  • A deduction of up to 30% may be applied to the refund depending on product condition and resale impact.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are:

  • Not eligible for return or exchange
  • Not refundable

Exception:
If the item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Bundle & Promotion Returns

For promotional offers such as:

  • Buy 1 Get 20% Off
  • Buy 3 Get 30% Off

All related items must be returned together.

If only part of a promotional order is returned:

  • The refund amount will be adjusted based on the applied discount

Example:
Paid $300 for 2 items → Return 1 item → Refund = $100

Refund Policy

Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
  • Refunds are issued in the original payment currency used during checkout
  • Alternative refund accounts are not supported

Refund Timing

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected
  • Processing time: 2–5 business days

After processing:

  • Credit card refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear
  • Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

The refund amount depends on the return condition:

Full Refund

  • Within 30 days
  • Item meets all return conditions
  • Original packaging included

Partial Refund (if applicable)

A partial refund may be issued if:

  • Original packaging is missing or damaged (up to 30% deduction)
  • Item shows signs affecting resale value

Non-Refundable Cases

No refund will be issued if:

  • Return conditions are not met
  • Returned item is used, damaged, or incomplete
  • Final Sale items are returned without verified defect or damage

Shipping Fees

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable
  • Return shipping fees are only covered within 30 days and with valid label
