This fan moves some major air! Much better than the traditional fan that this replaced. Very quiet and the remote is easy to use. The only shortcoming is that control of the fan (including on/off) is entirely dependent on the remove and on-board receiver, if you turn off the wall switch and then switch on, you must use the remote to restart the fan. So far so good though!

I bought four of these fans, two with a light and two without. I really like the natural wood blades and the modern simple look. The fan is very quiet and fairly well balanced. The remote works very well. I will buy this fan again! Customer support was very helpful when I needed to reset the remote control. Very satisfied customer!

Want to cool down in style? This fan is great! Easy to install and has many fan options on the remote. It is so quiet, even on high settings. Perfect airflow in our large family room. Very happy with purchase and getting another for the office. Great value.

Love this fan. Knocked off one star related to installation. The remote control receiver unit that is housed in the larger cylinder near the ceiling is almost too large to fit. Had to adjust it a few times to get the housing to remain round. Great otherwise.Made a couple of cosmetic changes. Spray painted the black metal parts a coordinating brown, and removed the not-so-decorative vertical bolts around the motor housing.

I've been shopping for ceiling fans for a long time. I just could not find the look I wanted until these. The problem is they are installed and 1 is full black but the other did not have the vertical bars painted black (they hang side by side) I will try to find some touch up paint- likely a QR issue. They really move some air. But the lowest speed is more like a medium - high speed. Overall very quiet. They look very great.

We replaced a 5 blade large fan with this sleek retro 3 blade fan! The air circulation is amazing! 3x the power on 1 than our other Hunter Douglas on high! Our only challenge was balancing the blades!

We bought two of these and they look really nice. We mounted them on 48 extension rods, which also required that we buy some wire extension kits. That was all pretty straightforward. They wobble quite a bit however. I've spent some time trying to correct that. But they still wobble, especially on the higher speeds. I'm not sure if that's because they aren't really designed to be used with extension down rods or what. I need to try some additional adjustments. But otherwise installation was pretty smooth and they operate fine.These are DC motors, so they are very quiet and efficient. They move a ton of air and there are 5 speeds. But at the lowest speed, they still run WAY too fast. They do not have that slow lazy speed which you normally get with a traditional 3-speed, AC motor. So that's been the biggest disappointment. With 6 speed settings, I was expecting a lot more variability.One other complaint... We bought two of these. So it came with two remotes. But there is no way to control both fans simultaneously from one remote. We were hoping to program both remotes to control both fans simultaneously and then leave the remotes in different parts of the room. Can't be done. So now we are stuck with two remotes, each controlling one of the two fans. Not really what we wanted but it might have some advantages.Overall, this is a beautiful ceiling fan. The blades are real wood, though very lightweight. The style is modern and minimalist. The matte black finish matches our other fixtures perfectly. But we were disappointed with the wobble, lack of speed variability, and the lack of versatility in using multiple remotes.

This fan is beautiful and works very well. It was a bit labor intensive to install as my husband has never had to deal with an external motor controller when installing a ceiling fan (he's installed many and has done a lot of electrical work). We also had to use a 36 downrod because of our ceiling height and beams, which took some time. We installed this on our screened in porch and it is whisper quiet! Overall, we are very pleased with the outcome.

Looks nice and works well. I like that you can reverse rotation direction with the remote, especially since mine is mounted 12' up!

My fan stopped working after 2 years. The company provided replacement parts at no charge and with free shipping. The parts fixed the issue and my fan is working again. Love this fan!

Customer service thru the Sofucor website is fast via chat, rapidly addressing my issue. Product worked well for about a year, then it stopped responding to remote, something that had been reported by at least one other customer. Customer service quickly dispatched a replacement electronic receiver to be installed. After installation, the problem persisted, so I'm now awaiting a second replacement receiver.

Great fan. Outdoor. It is substantially sturdy

This ceiling fan had to be assembled ( not just blade installation). If you are not a handy person, I recommend you buy one that is fully assembled or have it installed by a professional. After installation it wobbled significantly, so the balancing kit that came with the fan was necessary. Balancing is pretty much trail and error with the enclosed weights, but after proper balancing, it operates smoothly. I was impressed by how good it looks with its modern style. Would buy again.

We love these fans. This one in particular is beautiful and was easy to install, especially nice when installing on 16 foot ceiling!

I love this fan. The blades are solid lightweight wood, so I was able to sand and stain them to match my woodwork before installing them. It moves a lot of air. Mine had a technical issue after a couple years, but Sofucor's customer service was easy to reach, and they seemed happy to work with me until the fan was working again.

This is a great ceiling fan that moves a lot of air in our outdoor kitchen. It gets the job done effortlessly and would definitely recommend and purchase again.
