These fans are even better than we had hoped. Installed two of them on our back patio. I had a question about the remote, and emailed customer service, and they replied promptly and resolved the issue. I would definitely buy from them again if we need more fans.
Very quiet, really moves the air
Update: Sofucor clarified reverse function. Works great. I love the style of these fans, easy installation and great air flow. The reason for 4 stars is it seems to be a crap shoot on what you get. There has been something wrong with 2 out of 4 fans (5th one not installed yet). 1st one was a rotational noise. Sofucor sent a new motor, then a 2nd motor and receiver/remote. That finally fixed it. Now the one I purchase Dec. 13th works great but won't reverse for seasonal change. The remote is also different from the others I have purchased. Not sure if this is a new/old version or what.I wish Sofucor's quality control was better, I would give them more stars because as I said before, I really like the style and function of these, just to many "issues".

Love the fan! Great Customer Service!! We have had this fan for just under a year in our bedroom. The fan has been working great and is really good at circulating the air. However, recently the fan stopped working. The remote control sensor in the unit stopped communicating with the remote. We contacted customer service who provided us with a prompt solution and now the fan is back working great. Thanks!!

The fan is lightweight, very easy to install (unlike other models I've installed). I use it all year every night and it really moves the air in my bedroom. I like the DC motor because it is silent, and has 6 speeds so I can dial in the exact amount of air to be comfortable. The wireless receiver died within a year and the company sent out a replacement. Hopefully it will stand the test of time. I really enjoyed the "breeze" function (it speeds up and slows down on a cycle like wind) but my new remote doesn't have that function. It looks great on the ceiling and i'm happy with it's performance. Hopefully it continues to perform for years to come!
I dropped and broke the remote control receiver as I was installing. I told Sofucor that it was my fault and they sent me a new one at no cost. The fan is lovely, quiet and effective!
Best fan out there. Quality and price. If you're looking for a great fan with no light. Very highly recommended. Really brings the room together. And everyone loves it and the look. Run so silent.
Update: After having these (2) into this summer 91 degree heat, unbelievably with the two of these fans on in one larger room with standard ceiling height, I am almost cold set at level 5 and no ac. Very pleased!!I love how they look. Will fit in with a lot of different decor styles.They were worth the higher cost for the look I was wanting. They look like they came out of an old newspaper office. Very cool.They work better than expected. I actually have ended up liking the DC motor better than on a switch. The speeds definitely vary and work really well. Air flow is fantastic. When you turn them off (I bought two for one large room) they stop within 10 seconds. I don't know why but I like that.They are very quiet.I literally have zero cons. I love how they look and work. Incredibly easy to install. They were up and working in 15-20 minsHighly recommend if you like how they look in the picture. They look even better in person.I'm so over ceiling fans with lights so I really like these ceiling fans with no lights.

Fairly easy to install, looks beautiful.
First fan they sent had a defective motor, but the second one they sent worked good! They had excellent customer service in taking care of this issue. New fan is quiet and cools well.
Finally got it installed (easy installation) but it is making a rotational noise almost like it is dragging on each rotation of the blades. It has gotten louder over the last 2 nights and I finally had to shut it off because it is so distracting while trying to fall asleep.Hope the manufacturer can make it right but their link to customer support is broken.Manufacturer sent a new motor to correct the noise/rubbing problem. Installed and it corrected the problem. Very good customer service and responsive.

This is very good fan, very quiet and elegant looking .. highly recommend it.One issue I had was the non-availability of wall-control, would have been great if that was available as well. With the remote you are worried it could be misplaced / lost etc.Another issue I`m having is I have 2 fans installed in the living room and somehow they both are turning ON with the same remote. I tried resetting but not fixed yet.
