It's a nice fan. One of the very few you can find with a nickel finish and real wood blades.
Only problem is, if you need to use the 24-in downrod the wires are too short, and you'd have to figure out a way to splice them all yourself, because they don't sell an extension kit that I can find.
Also, there's no option for a four-wire kit to allow you to use the light and fan switches (installed in every house in the US built in the past 20+ years.) so you are forced to use the remote for everything.
The good news is, it at least remembers that you had the light on so you can use the switch to turn the light on and off without having to use the remote.
Hampton Bay makes a very similar fan, but the remote is significantly nicer and has the option to use both switches to control the fan and light separately. Price is very competitive.
Sofucor fans used to be a little nicer quality finish in the past, seems like they've gotten a little cheaper over the years. I guess competitive pressure to be cheaper has had an influence. This happened to all the companies.
The fan was well packaged and now that it is installed it looks and works great. The instructions could be better. They omit one part which required disassembling part of the fan to install the one part so extra work because of unclear instructions. However, overall I'm very happy with it. It is utterly quiet and appears to be very well constructed. 👍
The fan is beautifully made of real wood and is very smooth and quiet with a strong breeze on the lowest setting . Remote control works well and was preprogrammed prior to arrival . As for the light the manufacturer has an issue with the light working properly with the fan since the bulbs are too small on the disk and the sensor is somehow not communicating with the main base. I called the manufacturer & they sent me a replacement light disc but with the same sensor issues. Since it was already installed I’m keeping the fan but can’t use the light at all.
The fan is as expected. Really like the remote and its options! The light lens is a little too robust. With a lower depth it would be in better proportion overall. Very happy, thanks!
The ceiling fan is gorgeous - the wood is such a beautiful color. And, I love that there are 6 fan speeds and 3 light color options. But the best thing is the customer service. I ordered 2 of these fans and one was perfect, but the other one had a slight issue with the light. I contacted Sofucor and they were immediately responsive and sent me a new led light for the fan. It works perfectly now and I couldn't be happier with the way they handled it so quickly. I would definitely buy more fans from this company again!

Great product, looks great, quiet and easy to install. The only issue is after 3 yrs, the remote receiver in the ceiling fan housing stopped working, making the fan not work. I reached out to their customer support and they promptly responded via email and shipped a new receiver and remote within a week. Love the design, quietness, brightness of this fan. It looks very expensive but was such a good deal. Only reason I didn’t give 5-stars is due to the time it takes for the light to turn on, it seems more delayed then I’d like.
Looks great, is quiet, fairly easy to put up if you have experience and if not call an electrician. Great value.

High end look ceiling fan for a small price. I have purchased three of these and the first two still going strong 2 years later. Bought the third and installed last week. It’s a slightly updated version with light kit. Great price and very cool.
1/3/2026 update- so apparently I had damaged LED light , hence no warm light. Contacted the company customer service and was amazed by fast responses and issue resolution! They sent a replacement and now warm light option is there! Bump up 1 extra star for customer service- still connectors are tiny and required tweezers to attach!Original post:Better hire a professional with small fingers !It’s not my first DIY fan replacement- but that one was the most difficult so far. Screws on blades difficult to align when high in the air. Instructions included have that step after fan is already installed and connected and it was not easy. Video from the scan shows attaching blades on a table as a first step/ now I know why, but then you need deal with connecting on the ladder with blades already attached.But the worst was the light connection / short wire , tiny connector difficult to grab and awkward location/ I thought I will never be able to connect them together.Also light is rather cold and doesn’t feel cozy for the bedroom.But fan looks great!!I hope it lasts after so much trouble installing it on 12 feet high ceiling.

Customer service went above and beyond to help me with the 48 inch down rod install (sending necessary parts), but boy, was it a bit of a pain to install because the pitch of my ceiling was far too great for the metal housing. I actually ended up cutting the metal with my multitool and then had to store the receiver behind the sheetrock. I mean it worked out great and the fan is excellent. Just keep that in mind if you have a pitched roof. Anyways, really 5 stars here because of the customer service. They really are exceptional.
Gorgeous, easy to install (and reinstall; I moved and it was easy peasy).I lost my remote a couple of years later and the seller was kind enough to replace it.One hundred percent satisfied with the product and the service.
I purchased and installed 3 - 52” ceiling fans with lights and had absolutely no trouble doing so. I had to contact customer service because one set of blades would not align properly and the battery in the same box was dead for some reason even though it was wrapped just like the others. They were very responsive to the situation and only required photos of the installed blades, which I took and resent to them. Within a short time I received a new set of blades and battery. The install is now complete and the difference they make is dramatic. Great choice by me and thank you Sofucor.
I am very satisfied with these fans. I purchased two for our kitchen. The fans are quiet and they add the extra lighting I needed. I must say I was hesitant to order because they were so reasonably priced , but the quality of the fans and their functionality surpassed my expectations. I love how they look in our kitchen! I need a new living room fan for my living room and I will definitely purchase from this company again!
I love this fan! It’s very stylish, bought the gray/silver. It’s very quiet and produces enough of a breeze that we keep it between 1 and 2, however it has 6 speeds if you want more. We did have the “glow” from the light, but called the service department and sent 3 vinyl screws and a plastic piece and took care of the issue! Very nice on the phone and got email follow-up. One problem though, now I want them in all my rooms!
This is the forth fan I’ve installed and these are really cool. Don’t let the three blades fool you as it will move the air. In fact, this fan moves more air than a 5 blade fan I have on my patio. Led lighting makes this a must buy. It comes with three different down rods to adjust to your ceiling height. Recommend
