I absolutely love this fan in our living room! It is solid wood, looks high end and uber sleek and is almost totally silent. The only sound is a whisper of breeze. Installation was as expected for a ceiling fan, awkward but nothing out the ordinary. This fan really moves the air! The only thing I may have wished for is a very slow speed. Be aware that the slowest speed is faster than a standard ceiling fan. The remote works seamlessly. Over all, well worth the price!!!
I love this sealing fan for many reasons 1. I love the fact that it was remote control because our extremely high sealing. 2. The level of noise controlled I give it a 9 very quiet. 3. It was easy to install. Overall it looks very elegant.
So, it works. It's really quiet, and it's very very lightweight, especially the blades, all of which I like.
The directions however, are abysmal. I have never installed a ceiling fan in my life, and playing with electricity scares the begeezus out of me. Honestly, we got it done, but it took 3 idiots in a trench coat almost 3 hours to figure it out, and I'm still wary as to why the light very dimly flickers when the fan switch is on, even when the light is off.

Was a replacment for the exact syme fan. One blade was packaged damaged . So had to use one blade off old fan.
I received this fan and it did not work. Something was wrong with the receiver. I emailed your support and was hassled about returning it. I still have not received a prepaid label to return it. Very unsatisfactory. I will never purchase anything from your website again.

This fan looks nice and is quiet, but does not put out much real airflow. Pretty disappointing after reading reviews on multiple fans and paying more for this one than others we looked at. Our old fan was much better for keeping us cool, wish we had just kept it.

Attaching the fan to the base I found very difficult on both fans.The fan I put in living room now has a very low click noise on speed Six. The one I put in the bedroom when I turn off the light with the fan running stays on a very low light like looking at a moon on a cloudy night. Other than that they're great.
I had unrelated issues with the previous fan mount not being secure. I ended up replacing the mount and had to install the fan several different times. Despite this, the fan held up perfectly. I had a minor issue where the light was still emitting a small amount of light even with the light was off but customer support was very helpful in resloving this issue. I generally only use the lowest settings on the fan, and it generates a nice breeze. I like the remote and different lighting settings although I don't use them often. The blades feel solid but are not real wood. Overall, a very nice functional fan, that looks good and has performed as desired.
The light continues to glow while the fan is running despite turning the light off
I purchased four of these fans and absolutely love them. Two are in the lanai and the other 2 are in bedrooms. The remote controls all work independently and the dimmer function for the lights is very helpful. The fans are extremely quiet (no unsightly cords or chains) and I like that you can switch between yellow and white lights. I had an electrician install the fans and the light did not work on one of the fans. I contacted Sofucor and they immediately sent me a new light housing that works perfectly. I appreciate the immediate help and replacement and would highly recommend this product, you won't be disappointed.
This fan is exactly what we were looking for to update our living room. It is low profile and sleek. The installation was great. After installing the fan stopped working. We contacted Sofucor and they immediately sent us a new receiver which repaired the issue. We are really impressed with how bright the light is and like all of the lighting an fan speed options.
Absolutely love this sleek, modern, and ultra quiet ceiling fan. My husband & I easily replaced an existing fan with this one. The blades are high-quality and very lightweight. The light and airflow options exceed all expectations and are far superior to any other fan we have had.
The only hiccup is that the instructions state to change the direction when the fan is not in motion, but it should read: when the fan IS in motion, use the remote to change the direction. The customer support was very prompt to assist me with that only issue, and now I am very happy.
I would definitely recommend this fan to anyone considering it.
