We operate multiple warehouses across Canada, and orders will be shipped from the nearest available warehouse based on inventory and delivery location.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. After shipment, delivery usually takes an additional 2–7 business days depending on the destination and carrier availability.
During peak seasons, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, shipping times may be delaed. If significant delays occur, we will notify customers as soon as possible.
Our primary shipping partners include FedEx, UPS, Canada Post, and other trusted carriers.
